Payment Policy
All reservations must be made with our Reception Team and guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Payment will be taken on arrival at the Hotel.
Failure to arrive for the booking will result with a charge being made to the credit card provided for the one night stay.
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds and are used for all billing for goods and services at the Royal Hotel
Non-valid credit cards may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Incidental costs (restaurant bills, laundry, mini-bar usage, etc.) to be paid on departure. The card provided will be charged for any outstanding charges, following departure.
Refund Policy
It is clear from the above policy that there is little opportunity for refunds. Any request for a refund must be discussed with the Reception Team, if the customer and Reception Team fail to agree , the customer may request further arbitration from Senior Hotel Staff.
